Allah says:

It could be concluded if the above verse, Allah SWT require veiled women to cover genitalia and also to maintain the honor of the woman herself.

 In fact if a woman (girl) that covered more respected and valued equally men (boys), men also would be more polite to them. Because girls (women) who wear the hijab means covering her private parts and also the beauty of the view men (boys) "rogue" who likes to tease and sometimes even want to touch it.
 
But there are some perceptions about the veiled woman I think that the rather controversial, such as:
